New Band feat. Jason Musshorn

Shattersphere drummer Jason Musshorn has formed a new band called In Damnum. A brief bio has been taken from the band's Myspace page:

In-Damnum is the accumulation of four like minds to produce painful, dark, dirty, demonic metal that is missing from today's age of new rock and new metal. Coming forth from the dark corner of Northwestern Connecticut In-Damnum is ready to storm the gates and conquer everything... the question is are you ready for In-Damnum?

Shattersphere On Hiatus

After 5 years since it's inception, Shattersphere is officially on hiatus. Frontman Kyle Morrison speaks on the subject:

This band has been my child since I was 19 years old. I remember the old basement days with Jason and now look back on how far we took it. One year we were in my parent's basement, the next year we were in front of thousands. I am proud of everyone who has ever been a part of this project. It has been an unforgettable journey with some of the greatest people I have had the pleasure to meet. I would like to thank Jason Musshorn, Mike Hogan, Chris Viarengo, Stevie Caruso, Shawn Spencer, Justin Rogers, Dave Reid, Kyle Wald, and Paul Jacovino for playing alongside me at some point for the past five years.

This has been an incredible journey for all of us, and we'd like to thank the fans for every bit of support you have showed over the years. We would have been nothing without you guys. A band is only as good as the people that support it, we thank you guys from the bottom of our hearts. So will Shattersphere ever play together again? Hey.......you never know! ;)
